This is the first-generation Amazon Fire TV. It was a great streaming player, and I still think that this is the best form factor for a Fire TV. It's pretty outdated at this point though. I'm not positive what all it could be used for that the new ones can't. It's capable of 1080p video, has built in ethernet and full-size USB A, as well as an optical audio out. It comes with the remote, only lightly chewed by my dog when she was a puppy. I guess she didn't like the Fire TV remote as much as the Roku remote. I haven't updated the firmware since the last time I used it. I know in some cases it's better to be on older firmware. Not sure if this is one. I factory reset it and removed it from my account before listing it.
